So, I told a few of you over Conference weekend that they thought my dad had cancer again. Well, today we found out more info. He actually has lung cancer (before it was thymus cancer), and they are pretty sure it was caused by the radiation and chemotherapy he had when he had cancer previously. He is planning on going through chemotherapy again, but the prognosis isn't good. They said he will probably live a couple more years at most. The lung cancer survival rate is only 14%.
Anyway, sorry to post this on the blog, but I didn't feel like calling anyone and texting seemed trivial. Please keep my family in your prayers and if anyone is going to the temple soon, put my parents' names on the prayer roll.
